We store your personal information in AWS data centers, which is architected to protect your information, identities, applications, and devices. With AWS, we improve our ability to meet core security and compliance requirements, such as data locality, protection, and confidentiality with comprehensive services and features.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

Your personal information stored in our database is available for review and update in our Account Application. If you wish to remove your personal information, you must submit a formal request through our contact center or by emailing support@gemx.app.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information as long as you are an active member of the community. If you leave the community, we will keep the information for 1 year before removing it from our database.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to identify and track users as they navigate different pages on our website and to identify users returning to our website. We’ll update the default language for enabling cookies on our website to reflect affirmative opt-ins and make it possible to show different versions of the cookie consent message based on domains or specific URL paths that you specify.

We comply with GDPR regulations and use HubSpot features to make collecting, tracking, and managing consent in a GDPR-compliant way. We provide proper notice to users before they provide information to us and collect the appropriate consent when they’re ready to grant it. We store a copy of the notice provided, information about the consent provided, and the timestamp of the interaction.
